Immaculate hotel, comfy beds, clean rooms, free refreshments including prosecco, great breakfast.

Everything was fantastic.

Great location, beautiful view of the square. Helpful staff, nice room with free minibar. Lovely touches like fizz on arrival and wine on last day. Impressed.

Recommend this place and will be back. We spent 3 nights in double room with all the amenities and a complimentary bottle.

Really good hospitality at Betmanowska Main Square Residence. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a handwritten welcome note, prosecco, and complimentary soft drinks. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a kettle for tea and a coffee machine. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the square with plenty of dining options. Getting to the hotel from the airport was easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

I stayed 2 nights and would stay here again when visiting Poland. I liked it, including staff and food. Extremely comfy bed, large bathroom and central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk in the room.

Stylish place for a visit to Krakow, it has fab location right on Main Square and excellent services. The staff ensures you have a relaxing time, they are affable.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right on the main square with everything you need all within walking distance. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and cozy, with a great view of the square. The bathroom was modern and well-stocked, and the jacuzzi bath was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, organizing airport transfers and ensuring a smooth stay. the breakfast was impressive, with a hearty selection including the best omelette I've ever had.

The check-in process was a bit slow and there was some confusion, but it didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

I loved that it was immaculately clean and luxury, the staff were highly efficient and rooms were immaculate. And it also had amazing view.

Luxurious hotel with efficient staff, it has unbeatable location right on Main Square. Old Town district is worth your attention.

The shower was excellent and the location was perfect for seeing all the beautiful sights. Welcome and goodbye gifts added a lovely touch. Breakfast was also excellent.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was unique and had a wonderful spa bath. The views from the hotel were really good, overlooking the main square of the old town. It was the perfect location, right in the center of the city, close to restaurants, bars, shops. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the room was super clean. The staff were great too make my stay enjoyable. They even welcomed me with a bottle of champagne upon arrival. The breakfast and dinner offered at the hotel were really good, with a chef available to cook pancakes and omelettes. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in this hotel right on the square. The 24-hour reception was really convenient and the staff were always so friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room service was excellent and the housekeeping made sure everything was always spotless. The airport shuttle was also really useful, making our arrival and departure stress-free. We were even given a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch.
